Mutual Aid Associations
MCYP currently actively partners with two organizations from the Mutual Aid Associations including the Chinese Mutual Aid Association and the Cambodian Association of Illinois.
Uptown Uprize
Uptown Uprize is the union of three grassroots youth organizations committed to reclaiming our spirits & our streets through collective action. UU consists of Kuumba Lynx, Alternatives’ Connect Force, & MCYP. Uptown Uprize has co-organized a national eco-empowerment festival, performed together in various events, and recently traveled together to the 2010 US Social Forum.
